how does it work?
When you arrive at the park our entry staff will be able to advise you on the best value ticket package to suit you and your group. Single entry tickets are redeemable for a single ride ticket. Individual and Family Passes include park entry and discounted ticket packages.
If I’m not doing any activities do I still have to pay entry?
Yes - everyone entering the park must be covered by an entry ticket. This ticket is valid for one activity in the park.
Can you purchase tickets online?
No – all tickets are purchased on arrival. Gift Vouchers may be purchased over the phone with a credit card.
How to avoid queues and wait times?
Peak times are usually between 11:00am and 2:00pm. During school holidays it is a good idea to arrive at 10am when the park opens. Wait times may be unavoidable during peak holiday times and abusing staff will not make any difference to queues.
How long does it take?
Toboggan rides may take 6 – 10 min to complete one lap depending on an individual’s speed. As tobogganing is a skill-based activity and not a timed amusement ride, riders may develop skills and confidence if participating in consecutive rides.
Do I need to wear enclosed shoes?
No - you do not need enclosed footwear for tobogganing.
You will need suitable shoes for rock climbing. Climbing shoes are available to hire for $3. Long socks are required for roller skating and are available for purchase.

Is there a weight limit for tobogganing?
Yes. Maximum weight for tobogganing is 120kg. Please note toboggans do not feature a back rest so comfort may also be a factor on the uphill cable.

Can you ride toboggans if pregnant?
No
Will the toboggan be open in the rain?
The Toboggan can operate in light rain, however if showers are heavy the track will close until it has time to dry off.

For the safety of all visitors only assistance dogs are permitted within the park upon special request. We appreciate your understanding that a busy tourist park is not a suitable environment for pets.
